Meet Captain Mark Elliott
PROVIDING UNFORGETTABLE FISHING EXPERIENCES FOR OVER 50 YEARS
Captain Mark Elliott has been in the charter business for over five decades and has instilled this same passion and dedication for fishing into his son, Captain Mark Elliott Jr. Capt. Mark Jr has been the first mate on “Gone Fishin’” since the age of 8. As soon as he was 18, he officially joined his father to carry on his legacy.
Together, the two of them have over 70 years of experience fishing the waters of the Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. One thing hasn't changed throughout the years, Capt. Mark's love and devotion to every guest that comes aboard. Capt. Mark sincerely pours his years of expertise and experience into every angler, from the most seasoned to the beginner, to make sure they leave with lasting memories for years to come.
The Gone Fishin’ V is a 44' Henriques Sportfish with twin 700 HP Caterpillar engines and 600 gallons of fuel to provide the range and speed needed to find the fish. With an oversized 170-square-foot cockpit, transom door, cockpit helm, and room for hundreds of pounds of ice and fish, the Gone Fishin’ V is truly a fishing machine!
From fishing for Black Drum and Striped Bass in the Delaware Bay to targeting various pelagic species such as Bluefin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and Wahoo in the Atlantic Ocean, this boat has everything you need to take on your next adventure.
*****Due to the increased price of fuel this year, the cost for trips unfortunately had to be increased for the 2023 season. We intend to change trip prices back to their original fares as soon as fuel prices return back to normal. Thank you for understanding*****
